The Alamo Sports Shop was a Los Angeles-based business visited by the T-800 Terminator shortly after it arrived in the year 1984. The Terminator went there to arm itself in pursuit of its mission to kill Sarah Connor.

The clerk at the shop, was impressed with the T-800's knowledge of firearms and commented that he may "close up early today" when the machine seemed to be buying a large number of guns. At one point, the Terminator blankly asked for a Phased Plasma Rifle in a 40 watt range, but the clerk didn't have one, apparently not knowing what the weapon is.

After acquiring all the weapons it asks for, the Terminator loaded the Franchi SPAS 12 shotgun and shot the clerk. The Terminator
