Price was a member of the Megaforce during the year 2000. While scouting Shelter 65, he and his comrades encountered the crazed Paul Drake, an assistant of Professor Raffelson. He disappeared with Drake after the latter emitted a high-pitched wail that stunned the personnel present. He was later found undergoing a mutation, when an arm emerged from his chest and attempted to grab Koster. He was then killed when Kowalski blasted him with a SPAS-12.
