Humanoid Hunter Killer Units, also called terminators or the T-series, are robots or androids developed and created by Cyber Research Systems, Cyberdyne Systems or Skynet. The Humanoid Hunter Killer Units were intended to be similar to a human endoskeleton (except the T-300 series) in look and function. Later they studied the human body and the knowledge was used to make terminators look and behave more like real humans with real skin, so they could infiltrate the Resistance with Infiltrators.
Terminator Series
A number of series have been released over the years. Some series have sub-series which are basically a improved version of the original series. Sometimes the fuel system were upgraded or the CPU were replaced with a more advanced chip. Further divergent timelines show evidence of additional advanced, increasingly organic infiltration terminator series developed and fielded in both the past and Skynet dominated futures.
