Jesse Garcia is an American actor of Spanish and Mexican descent. He was raised a Jehovah's Witness but has since abandoned that practice. Garcia starred in the award-winning film Quinceañera, written and directed by Wash Westmoreland and Richard Glatzer with executive producer Todd Haynes, which won both the Grand Jury Prize and the Audience Award at the 2006 Sundance Film Festival in the Dramatic Independent Feature Competition.
Jesse moved to Los Angeles in 2003 to pursue a supplemental career in commercial acting. His credits include ads for McDonalds, Miller Beer, Avis, and Toyota. He has also appeared on such TV shows as Law and Order: Criminal Intent, The Closer, and The Shield.

Jesse received the American Latino Media Arts award for best actor for his performance in the 2007 film Quinceanera in which he also played a character named Carlos.
