Paco Salceda was the son of Enrique Salceda and Jolanda Salceda. He was present at Enrique's compound when Sarah Connor, John Connor, and the terminator arrived to hide out and regroup in Terminator 2: Judgment Day.

Paco was probably the first human infant that the Terminator had ever seen. When Paco wandered near him, the Terminator reached down and lifted Paco up to face level by the straps of his overalls, scanning him out of curiosity.
