Previously Resistance Headquarters was likely Kansas Bunker due to John Connor's presence there.

In 2018, Resistance Headquarters is located onboard the USS Wilmington, a Los Angeles class nuclear submarine that survived the Judgment Day that had been refitted with extra communication antenna to facilitate long distance communication.
