Resistance Headquarters was the base of operations for the Resistance and held the top leaders of the Resistance against Skynet.

Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles

In Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, it is strongly implied that Resistance Headquarters as of 2027 is the Seranno Point nuclear power plant due to the presence of several high ranking members of the Resistance including General Perry and Cameron. Previously Resistance HQ was likely Kansas Bunker due to General Connor's presence there.

Terminator Salvation

In Terminator Salvation Resistance Headquarters is located within a Virginia Class nuclear attack submarine that survived Judgment Day and had been refitted with extra communication antenna to facillitate long distance communication. Several members of the Resistance hierarchy are located here including General Ashdown. After the devastating attack on the Skynet VLA that resulted in the death of his entire team, John Connor requested to be taken to Resistance Headquarters but was denied the request for access upon arrival. He then forced himself in by diving from his helicopter and was rescued by the crew. Its staff consisted of a wide assortment of officers from several militaries. Headquarters was destroyed in a Skynet attack after the machines triangulated their position following General Ashdown falling for their trap.
