Episode Description[]

I restored the episode's description with that from Fox itself and eliminated the information from the preview clips posted on Fox.Com. Aspects presented (Cameron searching for Cromartie at Ellison's) could be hearsay. Derek's fixation with the three dots was genuine. - Nx1701g 07:52, 23 November 2008 (UTC)

Seriously? Heresay? What else would Cameron (who knows Ellison is lying about Cromartie) be doing probing his yard with a 6 foot length of rebar in a systematic "minesweeper" pattern? I thought it was the preference of the local wiki to be as original as possible with text rather than "copying official site text"?Fulongamer 08:03, 23 November 2008 (UTC)
While true if you look at the other episodes from this season the introduction (before the contents box) seems to replicate the official episode descriptions. 1 Nx1701g 17:19, 23 November 2008 (UTC)
Anything written by Fox must be removed, because their text is copyrighted. We're under the GNU Free Documentation License. So yeah, someone has to write one from scratch and be original. :) — Jeiara 01:07, 24 November 2008 (UTC)
We were of course talking about the initial (pre-infobox) episode description, the little 2-3-liner episode tag marker. Not much to do to those except augment and flesh out to clear the GNU line. As far as the "Episode recaps" from FOX go, by the time I take one of those and edit it for spelling, factual errors, piss poor grammar and childish "freestyle" writing addenda, it is quite far removed from the copyrighted text. Assuming it wasn't so slapdash that it wasn't re-written from the ground up in the first place.Fulongamer 05:01, 24 November 2008 (UTC)

I was writing a synopsis, but I'm tired now. Someone else finish it please. The spaces don't show below, but they do when you click edit.

James Ellison dreams of digging up the body of Cromartie. He is awakened by strange noises in his backyard. He sees Cameron poking a piece of rebar into his lawn repeatedly. When he shines his flashlight on her, she says "Go back to bed." Sarah recognizes three dot symbol in the logo of a local tech company, Dakara Systems. She and Derek decide to break in to investigate. Sarah manages to remove the hard drives from a few of the company's computers and takes them home for John to analyze. John informs Sarah that the data on the drives has been encrypted, but he is able to guess that the programming is some kind of AI software; one that is useless without the proper CPU to run it. He tells Sarah that Dakara is looking for investors, and that he has made Sarah an appointment. Meanwhile, James Ellison, apparently back with the FBI, investigates the mysterious death of Boyd Sherman. His contact at the scene tells him that Boyd died of heat exhaustion, caused by a power shut down. Sarah, going by the name Sarah Gale, and Cameron meet with Alex Akagi and his son Xander. Xander tells them about the AI program (named Emma, after his mother) and that the US Air Force is interested in it. Alex tells Sarah that a Japanese company is prepared to sell him a revolutionary new chip for $500K. Jesse comes home to find her photos of the Connors spread all over her apartment. Derek then appears, his gun pointed at her, and tells her she has 30 seconds to explain. She tells Derek that she was sent to protect John from Cameron's influence. He then leaves.

TDE Appearance[]

The previews currently incorporate an "all-red" Terminator HUD POV of what appears to be an active TDE sphere. Text includes "Target Date 2008" and "Searching" at the bottom as well as a "Current Date 09.10.19** (can't make out last two digits, 98? 74?) at the top. Perhaps the first "in transit" depiction of time travel from the terminator's perspective? Considering the teaser for the following episode (and misfired Terminator TDEs) I think it will be a part of the episode climax/cutout. When either the episode or better resolution trailer clips (caveat with caution because of FOX's trailer trends) becomes aailable, these screencaps must be a priority to lock down and examine.Fulongamer 10:14, 23 November 2008 (UTC)

That sounds cool. I missed the previews. BTW, Steinberg? An asian guy named Steinberg? What is that, Jewpanese? Good catch on Akagi rather than Dakara. I heard the name, too, and it stuck because there's a user named Akagi. I've uploaded some screenshots. See them on my talk page.=sec_1971 06:22, 25 November 2008 (UTC)

Screenshots[]

Whoever put the new screenshots up has to remove them! They must be cropped and/or altered to remove the Fox Affiliate's logo!!! We do not have permission to display a specific town's Fox network's logo. It MUST be fixed.---sec_1971 19:26, 25 November 2008 (UTC)

I work a lot with copyrights and trademarks... I wouldn't worry too much about the trademark of the Fox network logo. But for aesthetic reasons, it definitely would be nicer to have a clean version! --Kanamekun 19:53, 25 November 2008 (UTC)
I agree. Also, the FOX is okay, but the affiliate channel, 25 in this case, I believe, may not agree. They do look a lot better without the logo, and they also need to be tagged properly. I didn't comment about it for our protection, anyway, but his. If the logo is there, it'd be obvious that the episode was downloaded from The Pirate Bay (the same place I downloaded it...hahaha!) I let him know. Politely. Good episode. I disagree that the marks on Sarah's cheek were blood spots, though. If they were, why did she get so upset? We'll find out next week, I guess. -sec_1971 20:01, 25 November 2008 (UTC)
Sorry about the copyright thing. I didn't know it was that big of an issue. I'll be more careful in the future when posting pics. SGS 00:51, 26 November 2008 (UTC)
