The United Stated Air Force purchases the patents from Cyberdyne and contracts with Cyber Research Systems to develop Skynet and other advanced weapons, such as the T-1 Ground Assault Vehicle and HK-Drones. Lieutenant General Robert Brewster is in charge of the project.
